Permanent member

The Lawyers’ Committee for Human Rights (YUCOM) is a non-governmental organization established in November 1997 in Belgrade to promote and advocate for the rule of law and the protection of human rights following universally recognized standards, international conventions, and domestic law, as well as to establish and develop the rule of law and transitional justice.

We provide free legal aid to victims whose human rights have been violated and work to build cooperation with national and international organizations involved in protecting and promoting human rights.

The committee includes lawyers, other human rights experts, and students engaged in this area.
