The public organization “Ibtido” was registered with the state on February 11, 2021, in the Department of Justice of the Sughd region. The vision of the organization A fair and equal society in which civil society leaders, especially women and young leaders, have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to its implementation.

The mission of the public organization “Ibtido” To support women activists, young leaders and activists in Tajikistan so that they can effectively achieve the protection and respect of human rights and freedoms.

We strive to create a just and equal society through networking, education, financial sustainability and support, advocacy and mentoring. The organization carries out its work in the following areas: Strengthening solidarity and supporting civil society organizations (CSOs) in Tajikistan. Raising awareness and education among youth and activists (with an emphasis on women activists) in the field of human rights and strengthening their capacity.
