Civil society organisations of the OSCE region are invited to endorse or comment on the draft of the Kiev Declaration on torture.
The OSCE Parallel Civil Society Conference is taking place 2-4 December 2013 in Kiev on the eve of the annual OSCE Ministerial Council Meeting. We welcome statements of endorsement of the Kiev Declaration on Torture (enclosed) as well as comments and suggestions to it from civil society organisations. They can be sent to civicsolidarityplatform@gmail.com.
There is also draft Outcome Document that presents сivil society analysis and recommendations on alarming human dimension issues across the OSCE region and recommendations on increasing efficiency of the OSCE human dimension process.
