Finland to outline 2025 OSCE Chairpersonship priorities to the Permanent Councilh

On 19 September, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland, Elina Valtonen, will outline the priorities of the incoming Finnish Chairpersonship for 2025 to the Permanent Council in Vienna.

This address marks an important moment in Finland’s preparations for leading the Organization in 2025, shaping the agenda and direction of the OSCE’s work in areas such as security, conflict prevention, human rights, and more.

The event will be live-streamed on www.osce.org/live and across OSCE’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn and YouTube.

Finland will take over the OSCE Chairpersonship from Malta on 1 January 2025 with Valtonen serving as OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.
