A Campaign was Launched in Berlin to Raise Awareness of Civilian Prisoners

Common Sense Communications, in collaboration with the Center for Civil Liberties, the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union, and the Human Rights Group “SICH,” has launched an external campaign in Berlin to draw attention to the problem of civilian hostages.

Now, banners and backlit billboards at 80 locations across this German city stress that it is normal to wait for five minutes for your coffee. However, for people in Russian captivity, the same cannot be said even about this tiny period of time. The Russian Federation unlawfully detains over 25 thousand civilian Ukrainians, and their stories can be read on the website in German and English.
