A report on parliamentary elections 2017 in Armenia

Helsinki Committee of Armenia has published a report on Parliamentary Elections 2017.

The report is based on findings of the observation mission carried out by the Helsinki Committee of Armenia and on partner organizations’ reports and statements as well as on publications in the media. As compared to previous elections, these elections were particularly important because through the new Constitution1 adopted by the 6 December 2015 referendum Armenia made a transition from a presidential to a parliamentary system of governance.
