New report on the human rights situation in Armenia in 2016

Helsinki Committee of Armenia published “Human Rights in Armenia 2016” annual report. The report reflects on major social-political events in 2016, the April war, the July political crisis, during which massive violations of human rights occurred. The situation of electoral right, freedom of expression, freedom of peaceful assembly, prohibition of torture, political persecutions, as well as rights of women, children, minorities are presented in the report.
