Report finds human rights violations during violent events in Armenia

A new report issued by the Helsinki Committee of Armenia states that over the period of time from 17 July to 5 August 2016 the rights of many citizens guaranteed by the Constitution of Armenia, the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, domestic legislation and other documents were violated by the actions undertaken and inaction demonstrated by the law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Armenia.
