Truth Hounds

Truth Hounds is a human rights organization established in 2016 focusing on security issues, protection of human rights defenders (HRD), monitoring of human rights situation in the zones of conflict, documenting war crimes and crimes against humanity. The organization operates in two countries - Georgia and Ukraine. In Georgia, Truth Hounds is currently acting as co-organizer of Tbilisi Shelter City, a recently launched program of relocation and rehabilitation of HRDs from Central Asia, the Caucasus, Russia and Turkey. In Ukraine, Truth Hounds are primarily working on documenting war crimes and crimes against humanity in the zone of armed conflict in Eastern Ukraine. The team is also engaged in documentation of the cases of persecution of Crimean Tatars in the territory of annexed Crimea. The Truth Hounds team is comprised of experienced field workers, trainers, researchers and specialists in international advocacy.

The OSCE Parallel Civil Society Conference 2022 took place on Wednesday, 30 November 2022 in Łódź, on the eve of the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting. As in previous years, the Parallel Conference is organized by the OSCE-wide NGO network, the Civic Solidarity Platform (CSP), with the support of the Polish OSCE Chairpersonship 2022.
