The Center for Participation and Development (CPD) is a civil society organization working to build inclusive and democratic communities. Our mission is to empower individuals and marginalized groups through education, advocacy, and capacity-building, promoting equal opportunities and participation in all areas of life. CPD focuses on human rights, diversity, and tolerance, striving to reduce social inequalities and strengthen civic engagement.
We envision a society where everyone is respected and empowered to contribute to sustainable development. Through partnerships with local and international organizations, CPD implements impactful programs in youth engagement, gender equality, and minority rights. By fostering dialogue and collaboration, we aim to create lasting, inclusive change.
