Human Rights Center of Azerbaijan

The mission of the HRCA is to assist Azerbaijan in fulfilling its international human rights obligations. The HRCA members volunteer to help disseminate information about the human rights situation in Azerbaijan, monitor the situation in penitentiary institutions, provide consultations on individual complaints to international organizations, and collect database on the victims of political repression during the Soviet period in Azerbaijan.
