Voice of Freedom Foundation

The Voice of Freedom is a non-government, non-commercial organization that was established in 2005 to protect and promote fundamental civil and political rights at the local and national level in Kyrgyzstan. It provides free legal assistance to victims of torture and inhuman treatment and is in the process of implementing a rehabilitation program for victims of torture. The organization provides comprehensive support to local human rights initiatives, including assistance to rights groups undertaking research projects. It also assists government agencies and local authorities to improve their observance of human rights.
